The Knot Worldwide is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant in New York, NY. You will provide high-level support to our leadership team, including managing schedules, travel, and communications.
The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment. This position offers a hybrid work model and competitive salary ranging from $108,850 to $186,600 with comprehensive benefits.
As an Executive Assistant at The Knot Worldwide, you are a strategic extension of our leadership team, providing comprehensive high‑level support to our General Administration leaders: the Head of People, the Chief Financial Officer, and the Chief Legal Officer. Reporting to the SVP, Head of People, you will act as the operational anchor for the heart of our corporate functions.
Your mission is to enable high‑velocity day‑to‑day execution of your designated Executives. You will masterfully navigate complex information flows, anticipate leadership needs before they arise, and ensure flawless execution across various activities such as calendar management, global travel coordination, communication forums (e.g., all‑hands, business meetings), and more.
This role is Together@TKWW‑eligible and based near one of our office hubs. You’ll be expected to work in the office as part of our hybrid work model.
Annual salary range: $108,850 — $186,600 USD. Starting pay is determined by location, education, experience, skills, and other qualifications.
