Job summary

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd is seeking an Executive / Sr. Executive Micro for the Global Quality and Compliance unit. The role focuses on reviewing microbiology documents, handling of CAPAs, deviations, and rigorous lab investigations, with SOPs and protocol preparation, plus process and instrument validation.

The candidate should hold an M.Sc. in Microbiology with 9–12 years in QC (Microbiology) within API manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• M.Sc. in Microbiology is required.
• Tenure: 9–12 years in Quality Control (Microbiology) at API manufacturing units.

Responsibilities

• Review microbiology documents.
• Handle Change control, CAPAs related to microbiology lab.
• Handle deviations / process non-conformances.
• Conduct effective laboratory investigations (OOS & OOT).
• Prepare and periodically review SOPs.
• Prepare protocols and reports.
• Validate processes and instruments.
• Review purified water and environmental monitoring trends, settle plate and air sampling methods.

Key responsibilities:

• To review the microbiology documents
• Handling of Change control, CAPA’s related to microbiology lab
• Handling of deviations / Process Non-compliances
• Effective laboratory investigation (OOS & OOT)
