Job summary

Bloomberg L.P. is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager for Exchanges in New York.

You will lead cross-functional efforts to deliver exchange data products, coordinate with Engineering, Sales, Networks, and Exchanges, and ensure successful deployments for Bloomberg customers. You will translate technical specifications into actionable requirements, manage multiple projects, and act as the client’s main contact for data-related issues, while leveraging agile practices and close collaboration

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services, exchanges, market data or related institutions.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams to release new features.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical market-data/new s feed projects with exchanges or Bloomberg initiatives.
• Ensure on-time delivery of exchange products to Bloomberg customers.
• Maintain relationships with exchanges and coordinate projects.
• Translate exchange documentation into business deliverables and requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data Model teams to align with Bloomberg standards.
• Lead projects from requirements gathering to post-production release.
• Be the primary contact for clients regarding exchange data issues.
