• Manage pre-production and on-site crew hours and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Serve as main client contact for asset management and version control.
• Organize and catalog assets in Microsoft Teams for the project team.
• Coordinate crew travel, hotel and meals as needed.
• Conduct post-show debriefs with the client and internal team.
