• Knowledge across venue operations, production integration, registration, attendee flow, staffing, F&B, logistics, security, transportation, and onsite management.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational planning and delivery from early development through onsite execution and post-event closeout.
• Develop executable delivery plans translating objectives and audience requirements into actionable steps.
• Coordinate with venues, agencies, vendors, and internal teams to manage scope, budget, timelines, and resources.
• Establish readiness milestones, dependencies, and contingency plans for live events.
• Provide guidance to Event Operations Managers and Coordinators without direct reporting authority.
