Rivian is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician. You will act as a technical leader for complex vehicle repairs, diagnostics, and field operations, both at service centers and on remote sites.

The role emphasizes mentoring teammates, driving continuous improvement, and solving high-voltage and network issues with specialized tools. You will collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, documenting findings in engineering systems and delivering root-cause analyses.

Qualifications

• Minimum automotive repair experience and flexibility for field work.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems.
• Leadership or supervisory background preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform bumper-to-bumper diagnostics and complex repairs in centers and in field.
• Provide high-level remote diagnostics and guidance to teams.
• Coach and mentor junior technicians and partners.
• Use specialized tools to resolve high-voltage and network faults.
• Conduct road tests and drive quality improvements in workflows.
• Oversee parts operations and documentation updates.
• Engage with customers and suppliers during escalations.
