Job summary

Conduent is seeking a Senior ETL Developer to join our data team. You will design, develop, and maintain ETL solutions to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into our data warehouse, ensuring accuracy and performance.

You will work with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, implement best practices, and mentor junior developers while addressing data quality, security, and governance considerations. Remote work is possible in some roles within Conduent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience as an ETL Developer in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database technologies (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design ETL processes.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain ETL workflows using industry-standard tools.
• Create and maintain ETL documentation including data mappings and lineage.
• Monitor ETL processes for performance and data quality; address bottlenecks.
• Troubleshoot ETL issues ensuring minimal business disruption.
• Perform data profiling and quality checks; ensure data accuracy.
