Zachary Piper Solutions seeks a Senior ETL & Data Migration Engineer for a federal FBI modernization program in Quantico, VA. On-site role focused on moving high-volume legacy data into secure AWS cloud and developing reliable migration pipelines to support mission-critical systems.

The candidate will lead design and execution of ETL/ELT processes, ensure data quality, and collaborate with Cloud, DevSecOps, DBA, and QA teams. Active TS clearance and 8+ years in data engineering are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of hands-on ETL/ data engineering.
• Experience with ETL pipelines, data mapping, and data quality checks.
• AWS data ingestion and big data tools familiarity.
• Active Top Secret security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Automate extraction, transformation, and ingestion workflows.
• Troubleshoot pipeline failures and data anomalies.
• Collaborate with Cloud, DevSecOps, DBA, and QA teams.
