Job summary

Astera Labs is seeking a Product Applications Engineering Manager for the Taurus Ethernet team to drive customer success in AI infrastructure connectivity.

You will lead a team of engineers, work with hyperscalers and OEMs to debug physical layer challenges, deliver enablement, and influence product roadmap.

This role blends deep Ethernet expertise with strategic customer engagement across engineering, sales, and product teams, with travel to US and Asia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in applications engineering, technical support, or system engineering.
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment and high-speed interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of product applications engineers supporting Taurus Ethernet deployments.
• Debug Ethernet physical layer issues and support lab bring-up and validation.
• Create application notes, integration guides, and technical collateral.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales to translate customer feedback into requirements.
• Travel up to US and Asia as needed.
