Job summary

DWS Group, a Deutsche Bank asset management arm, is seeking a Chief Investment Platform Strategist in New York. This role partners with the ETF Platform Strategy Team to shape investment strategy, curate research content, and drive client engagement across active, passive, and alternatives.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in investment management, ETFs, and research, with relevant licenses (Series 7/63, CFA). This senior position offers a hybrid work model and a competitive compensation range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 10 years of industry experience, preferably with ETFs and research.
• Licenses/designations: Series 7/63, CFA or other industry designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Head of ETF Platform Strategy Team.

Team / Division Overview

U.S. Wealth is responsible for the advancement, promotion, and growth of DWS’s Active, Passive, and Alternatives strategies with financial advisory clients across intermediary Wealth channels.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Working Directly with our Head of ETF Platform Strategy Team
• Curating Investment Strategy & Research Derived Content across our Web, Marketing, and Sales Team Channels.
• Help with Targeted Client Distribution across our active, passive, and alternative solutions to DWS’s most important clients including representing this Research and Thought Leadership Digitally, Live, and our Primary Spokesperson at Regional Conferences.
• Work with all the resources of DWS including our Broader Investment Research Team, Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) Specialists, Key Account Managers, Internal Sales Consultants [wholesalers], and Product Specialists to achieve sales targets across multiple product lines
• Deliver the DWS value proposition to deepen and develop ongoing business relationships with target clients

• The salary range for this position is $123,000 to $273,000. Actual salaries may be based on a few factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
