Walbridge seeks a Senior Estimator to coordinate estimating services for CSI divisions on large, complex projects, across Lump Sum, Design Build and CM formats. You will interpret designs, drawings and specs, operating across multiple delivery methods or specializing in one system.

You’ll lead proposal reviews, develop scopes with subs, prepare cost estimates, and drive strategic planning, risk assessment and communication with project teams and management.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years in estimating, preconstruction, or related construction management.
• Proficiency in Excel and estimating software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera.

• Proposal reviews: assess specifications, drawings and bid requirements.
• Scope development: write scopes and manage subcontractor reviews.
• Cost preparation: assemble estimates and bid documents for bids.
• Strategic planning: identify risks, schedules, insurance, bonding and penalties, and plan actions.
