Qualifications

• 35+ years of estimating experience in pipeline, facility, or industrial construction preferred.
• Strong knowledge of welding, piping systems, and construction methodologies required.
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, isometric drawings, and construction plans is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates from project specifications, drawings, and scope documents.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to clarify scope and validate assumptions.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor quotes for materials and services.
