Top Echelon LLC is seeking an Estimator/Senior Estimator for multifamily construction in Nashville/Brentwood, TN. The role leads the bid process, performs quantity take-offs, and coordinates with operations and design teams to deliver accurate, timely estimates.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in multifamily estimating, experience with stick-framing and wood-framed projects, and proficiency in OnScreen Takeoff, SmartBid, and Sage Estimating.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of estimating experience within multifamily new-construction developments.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Vast knowledge of stick-framing apartment estimating process via estimating role.
• Knowledge of wood-framed & multifamily construction processes/delivery methods.
• Skilled in estimating programs: Onscreen Take-off, SmartBid and Sage Estimating.
• Shearwall experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the bid process including risk assessment, quantity surveying, pricing, and final bid assembly.
• Estimate multifamily new-construction projects to successful completion.
• Manage estimating team and train project team members.
• Coordinate with Operations and other estimators to deliver final products.
• Provide cost expertise to clients and design team to aid decisions.
