Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepares estimates/proposals for design/build, engineer, construction management, GMP, and hard-bid projects.
• Analyzes quotations prior to bid day and reviews subcontractor bids for scope and schedule.
• Enter quantity take-offs and material pricing for projects.
• Develop subcontractor and vendor scopes and ensure completeness.
• Coordinate overall estimating functions and support junior staff.
• Contact subs and suppliers for outsource pricing.
