Responsibilities

• Lead estimating activities for complex commercial projects $5M+ from concept to GMP or bid.
• Develop and refine cost models, preliminary budgets, and bid proposals.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors during preconstruction.
• Oversee takeoffs, scope breakdowns, and pricing by junior estimators.
• Mentor junior estimators and ensure adherence to standards.
• Represent BHS in client meetings and bid presentations.
