Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Senior Estimator to join our reputable team in St Albans, Hertfordshire. You will deliver detailed estimates for high-value fit-out projects, with a focus on CAT A commercial and warehouse schemes up to £10m, and collaborate with clients and suppliers to secure competitive bids.

You will analyse project documentation, prepare cost plans, lead tender submissions, and mentor junior estimators.

Qualifications

Proven track record as a Senior Estimator in the fit-out industry.
Experience on large-scale CAT A commercial and warehouse projects up to £10m.
Strong knowledge of pricing, procurement and cost management.
Excellent communication and collaboration with teams and clients.
Attention to detail, able to work under pressure.
Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction desirable.

Responsibilities

Produce accurate estimates for large-scale fit-out projects up to £10m, focusing on CAT A schemes.
Collaborate with project teams, clients and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and timely tenders.
Analyse project documentation, identify risks, and prepare cost plans.
Lead tender submissions and provide cost advice through the project lifecycle.
Build relationships with stakeholders to drive growth and repeat work.
Mentor junior estimators and share estimating expertise.
