Responsibilities

• Bid administration and full estimates on complex work.
• Coordinate with PMs, designers, and subcontractors.
• Prepare subcontractor bid packages and seek favorable pricing.
• Analyze quantities and costs from plans.
• Present estimates during bid reviews with management.
• Support awarded contracts with extra work or changes.
• Travel to sites as needed.
