Job summary

LeoForce seeks a Senior Estimator to lead cost estimation for large-scale projects, developing estimates, budgets, and bids, and driving accurate planning.

The role requires AutoCAD expertise and strong skills in bidding, RFIs, negotiation, and cross-department collaboration, with limited travel across MD/DC/VA.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in construction estimation, PM and project planning.
• Proven negotiation, contract negotiation, and cost control experience.
• Experience with project bidding and RFIs.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field; advanced degrees a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Solid knowledge of materials, labor costs, and market trends.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to contribute to large-scale construction projects. The Senior Estimator will play a key role in project management, cost estimation, and project planning. This role requires a highly experienced professional who is equipped with excellent negotiation skills and a deep understanding of contract negotiation and cost control. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of AutoCAD, project bidding, and RFIs.

This will have limited travel through MD/DC/VA with reimbursement for travel when necessary. Really great team and room to become an even more senior leader down the road.
