JRM Construction is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead cost assessments for complex projects, review subcontractor bids, and develop accurate takeoffs.
The role requires a four-year degree and 7–10 years of budgeting/estimating experience in ground-up residential, hospitality, mixed-use, and large renovations; proficiency with Procore and On-Screen Takeoff is preferred, and the ability to work under tight bid deadlines is essential.

A Senior Estimator serves as a vital function in the growth of a construction company. The Senior Estimator is responsible for accurately estimating the total costs associated with a project. They review subcontractor bids to choose the most cost-effective option. A challenging position that requires fine attention to detail. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure, especially when facing bid deadlines.
