Qualificações

• 5+ years of escrow experience.
• Licensed as an Escrow Officer.
• Knowledge of title insurance and real property law is a plus.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with realtors, loan officers, underwriters, brokers, buyers and sellers to enable smooth pre and post-closing procedures.
• Comply with state and federal escrow laws and regulations.
• Monitor contracts and conditions to close and fund.
• Prepare and verify closing documents and statements; disburse funds.
• Hold funds and documents in trust until contractual obligations are met.
