NetJets is seeking an engineer to drive ERP transformation, delivering software and data solutions across Finance, Procurement, IT, and audit. You will shape configurations, integrations, and cloud services while leading delivery teams in an agile environment.

Qualifications include a BS in CS or IT and 4–6 years of relevant experience, with strong collaboration, communication, and a service-oriented mindset to ensure operational readiness and business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology required.
• 4–6 years of experience in software engineering or ERP-related work.
• Experience with Agile delivery, testing, documentation, and production readiness.

Responsibilities

• Create, enhance, test, maintain, and operate software apps, services, configurations, and ERP capabilities to enable operations.
• Provide technical leadership for delivery teams and align work with architecture standards.
• Deploy solutions in iterative cycles with automation, ensuring quality, security, and reliability.
• Collaborate across teams and stakeholders to deliver business value and manage risks transparently.
• Lead configuration work across ledgers, COA, intercompany, and reporting handoffs.
• Drive controlled migrations and release impacts with clear ownership and traceability.
