Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a Senior Project/Program Manager to lead a large-scale ERP implementation for a client, focusing on Workday or Oracle. You will oversee end-to-end delivery from RFP through deployment across Finance, Accounting and HR, currently using MRI and 15+ HR/finance systems.

Candidates should have 8+ years PM experience, cloud ERP exposure in finance, strong accounting background, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Project/Program Management experience.
• Strong experience with Workday, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Expertise in financial systems and/or HRIS transformations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of a full ERP implementation from RFP through deployment.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, and HR.
• Manage vendors, system integrators, and internal teams.
• Oversee consolidation of existing systems (currently 15+ platforms).
• Drive timelines, budgets, risk management, and executive reporting.
