Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a Senior ERP & NetSuite System Administrator in Texas to lead the configuration, security, and ongoing optimization of NetSuite and ERP systems. You will be the senior escalation point for complex issues, manage access controls, and guide integrations with development teams.

You will mentor junior admins, maintain system documentation, and partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information systems or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on ERP and/or NetSuite administration experience.
• Advanced experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or other major ERP platforms.
• Strong configuration, roles/permissions, workflows, access controls, and data integrity skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective configurations.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• ERP/system administration certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure ERP and NetSuite environments, including roles and permissions.
• Manage security, periodic user access reviews, and change management.
• Support IT audits with controls documentation and evidence coordination.
• Oversee system changes from requirements through testing and production release.
• Configure and support standard and custom integrations with development teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Establish administration standards and mentor other system administrators.
