Job summary

ARKRAY AMERICA INC, located in Plano, Texas, is looking for a Business Systems Manager to oversee and manage critical business processes and systems including our ERP and WMS applications. Qualifications

• 7+ years programming experience in related technologies.
• 5+ years of EDI and ERP systems integration and support experience.
• Experience with FDA software validation processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage system performance for ERP, WMS, and SaaS systems.
• Gather and analyze system needs between process owners and IT resources.
• Develop and maintain source code for the Complaint Handling System.
