Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to lead ERP transformation initiatives, including migrations from PeopleSoft to Workday, Oracle Fusion, SAP, or other cloud platforms.

The role partners with HR, Finance, Payroll, Procurement, Accounting, and IT to capture requirements, define future-state processes, develop specifications and data migration plans, and ensure governance across programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience supporting enterprise applications and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong SQL, reporting, and data analysis skills.
• Strong techno-functional experience with ERP platforms and large-scale system implementations.
• Hands-on experience with data mapping, data conversion, data migration, data reconciliation, and data quality management.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and translate business needs into functional solutions.
• Experience with ERP reporting, analytics, data governance, and business process improvement.
• Excellent communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze PeopleSoft data structures and business processes to identify data gaps, transformation rules, conversion risks, and downstream impacts.
• Collaborate with implementation partners, integration teams, reporting teams, and enterprise architects to ensure successful ERP modernization and data governance outcomes.
• Support mock conversions, testing cycles, cutover planning, and post-conversion validation activities.
