The team’s objectives are user account management, code migrations, application security, standardization, data integrity, cross functional coordination, communication, monitoring, understanding all components that make up a service and to provide practical coverage of all critical applications to meet business objectives. Collaboration and communication are essential to avoid interruptions of service or delays in recovery. Coordination and leadership capabilities are required to manage the migration of data into an application environment. The senior application administrator will ensure methodology, best practices, and standards are being followed. Provide coaching and cross training for other team members. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. This individual will work closely with architects, business analysts, software developers and other senior staff to guide technical development towards a solution or service. The individual in this position should be knowledgeable in all aspects of designing and constructing application systems and is comfortable in developing requirements and design specifications for new and existing applications.
