Job summary

LeoForce in Irving, Texas seeks a Head of Enterprise Risk Management to lead the design and execution of the company-wide ERM program. You will identify, assess, and mitigate strategic, operational, financial, and regulatory risks, and develop reporting for senior management and the board.

The role requires proven leadership, strong analytics, and deep regulatory knowledge, with the ability to influence across functions and drive a risk-aware culture within the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Enterprise Risk Management, with leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; master's or certifications preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of risk management principles and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the ERM framework, policies and procedures.
• Identify, assess, and monitor enterprise risks across strategic, operational, financial, and regulatory areas.
• Collaborate with business units to align risk management with objectives and risk appetite.
• Provide risk management guidance and training to promote a risk-aware culture.
• Prepare and present risk reports to senior management and the board.
• Monitor effectiveness of risk activities and suggest improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to risk.
• Lead risk assessments and scenario analyses.
• Engage with regulators and auditors on risk matters.
