Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals seeks a Technician to perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a diverse fleet at our Charlotte-area location. The role involves working with aerial work platforms, pumps, HVAC, and other equipment in a safety-focused environment.

Required is a high school diploma or GED with 5+ years of technician experience; trade training is a plus. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training preferred.
• 5+ years of Technician experience with diesel/heavy equipment or specialty lines equipment preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and advanced diagnostics on equipment.
• Make complex repairs safely and efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Work on a variety of makes, models, and equipment including aerial work platforms and power generators.
