Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Sr. Inside Sales Representative to assist telephone and walk-in customers with a wide range of construction equipment rentals. This role serves as the company’s front line, requiring strong customer service, negotiation, and administrative skills.

Dispatch logistics support and training of teammates may be required. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and 3+ years in equipment rental or a related field; bilingual abilities

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s license required.
• At least 3 years of equipment rental industry experience or 4-year degree plus 1 year equipment rental industry preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Support telephone and walk-in customers with equipment rentals of all types.
• Understand customer equipment needs, negotiate and place orders.
• Deliver strong administrative support and serve as the front line of contact.
• Assist with dispatch logistics and training of team members.
