Job summary

Curtis Contracting, Inc. (CCI) is seeking an experienced equipment operator to work on heavy highway and civil projects. You will operate motor graders, bulldozers, scrapers and related machinery to excavate, grade earth and support road and bridge work.

You will maintain and inspect equipment, follow safety protocols, and coordinate with crew. AGPS knowledge is a plus; 3–5 years of field experience required.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years of equipment operation experience.
• Knowledge of GPS for establishing grades a plus.
• Drug test/screening and reference checks required.
• Must have dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Operate power construction equipment to excavate, grade earth, erect structures or pour concrete.
• Perform maintenance to equipment including lubricating, inspecting and cleaning.
• Establish grades on road and civil construction projects as part of the crew.
• Follow safety protocols and environmental guidelines.
