Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanic experience with IC engines, propane, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• High school diploma or GED required, trade training desirable.
• Must provide own mechanic tools of the trade.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Performs all levels of repair, dismantles and reassembles equipment.
• Diagnoses complex mechanical and electrical problems.
• Maintains and tracks rental equipment inventory and coordinates deliveries.
• Cleans, tests, and repairs equipment to meet company standards.
• Operates company vehicle safely and maintains driving record.
• Keeps service records, warranty processing, and documentation up to date.
• On-call for emergency service on weekends and evenings.
• Trains authorized operator and/or customer on safe equipment use.
• Manages parts inventory and uses shop tools to fabricate parts as needed.
