Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 7-10 years accounting and/or tax/compliance experience required.
• Experience in commercial leasing tax and multi-state/tax environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze sales and property tax on leases; assign correct tax codes.
• Conduct post-booking audits of new lease setups.
• Research tax law changes affecting leasing and validate regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate sales tax amendments and respond to audit requests.
• Support property tax processes with vendor coordination and data validation.
• Assist with due diligence on acquisitions and tax accounting improvements.
