Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to translate business needs into technical architectures. You will shape solution architecture, coordinate junior colleagues, and interact with clients daily, potentially leading client workstreams.

This expanding practice offers growth opportunities in enterprise performance management. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2–4 years of consulting experience, and familiarity with modern EPM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• At least three years’ consulting experience across advisory projects.
• Experience with modern EPM solutions such as Anaplan, Oracle EPM, FCCS, PBCS, EPBCS, ARCS, OneStream, Tagetik.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to translate business issues into value-add solutions.
• Experience in management reporting, long-range planning, or strategic/capital planning.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Assess impact of technical decisions on business outcomes.
• Contribute to project delivery and track status.
• Engage with clients and lead workstreams as needed.
• Support sales activities and maintain engagement economics.
