Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Enterprise Performance Management specialist to guide forecasting, budgeting, and consolidation projects for clients. You will design architectures, coordinate teams, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions across enterprise platforms.

You will engage with clients daily, lead workstreams, and contribute to delivering value through performance improvement initiatives. Travel may be required as client needs dictate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; consulting experience highly valued.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in advisory/consulting roles.
• Experience with modern EPM tools and AI capabilities (Anaplan, Oracle FCCS/HFM, OneStream, PBCS, ePBCS).
• Proven ability to translate business challenges into value-add solutions; strong analytical skills.
