You will oversee all facets of complex EPL claims from inception to resolution, determining coverage, investigating losses and projecting exposures while coordinating with defense counsel and underwriting to deliver differentiated service.

A JD is preferred and strong negotiation, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience handling complex insurance claims, litigation or related experience.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the litigation and arbitration process.
• Juris Doctor is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of complex EPL claims from inception through conclusion.
• Make coverage determinations, investigate losses, evaluate and project potential exposures.
• Develop case strategies and collaborate with defense counsel, underwriting and distribution partners.
