Job summary

Hisense Photonics, Inc. seeks a lead to manage epitaxial growth activities for laser and detector materials, focusing on MOCVD reactor operation, material quality, and cost-efficient production in New Jersey.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in MOCVD crystal growth of III-V semiconductor lasers and related devices.
Master's degree or higher in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
Strong expertise in epitaxial growth processes and materials characterization techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate all epitaxial material growth and characterization activities supporting laser manufacturing and R&D.
Drive continuous improvement in laser component performance and material quality.
Ensure a safe, efficient, and cost-effective work environment.
Provide technical guidance and support to MOCVD engineers and technicians.
Collaborate with senior management to define production schedules and development priorities.
Develop, maintain, and deliver documentation and training in compliance with ISO 9000 standards.
