The role combines on-site collaboration three days a week across Nashville, TN; Atlanta, GA; Columbus, OH; and Dallas, TX.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Healthcare IT in an Epic Bridges & Rhapsody Analyst role.
• Experience and certification in Epic Bridges & Rhapsody.

Responsibilities

• Document current state business workflows.
• Assist with analysis and design of new workflows.
• Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases.
• Provide input into high level functional specifications.
• Work with project managers, architects, BAs to define metrics and performance goals.
• Transition requirements to ensure complete understanding.
• Translate requirements into test conditions and expected results.
• Participate in quality reviews of design and performance.
• Configure systems and assist testing activities.
• Serve as intermediary with client's Epic team and Accenture leads.
• Assist in data requests and source-to-target mapping.
• Other duties as assigned.
