Job summary

Henry Ford Health is seeking a Senior Application Analyst to contribute to the design, implementation, training, and ongoing support of Clinical or Business applications and reports across our healthcare system in Michigan. The role includes acting as a liaison to departments to optimize workflows, patient safety, and operational efficiency.

The position requires 2+ years of IT or clinical experience with a strong ability to describe workflows and processes.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree / two years of college required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Requires more than two years of strong experience in one of the following: Technical experience or Clinical experience.
• Ability to articulate workflows and processes integrated with IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design, implementation, training, documentation, operation and support of Clinical or Business applications and reports.
• Serve as Helios liaison to clinical or business departments as needed to optimize system goals.
