Job summary

The Green Recruitment Company is seeking an EPC Construction Manager to lead on-site construction of utility-scale solar PV projects (5MW–500MW+). You will supervise subcontractors, ensure safety, quality, and compliance with project specifications, and coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Project Management teams to keep work on schedule and within budget.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of construction management experience, including solar EPC exposure, plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of construction management experience, including 3+ years on utility-scale solar EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV construction methods, electrical systems, civil works, and balance-of-plant scope.
• Proven experience managing large subcontractor teams and multiple scopes simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of EPC contracts, schedules, and construction cost controls.
• Proficiency with construction management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, or similar.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work full-time on project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead all construction activities for utility-scale solar PV projects from mobilization through turnover.
• Manage daily field operations, scheduling, and workforce planning to meet milestones.
• Act as on-site authority for construction decisions and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with owners, inspectors, utilities, AHJs, and third parties.
• Ensure construction activities align with approved schedule and budget.
• Identify schedule risks and implement mitigations.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with contracts, safety, and quality.
• Coordinate material deliveries and logistics with Procurement and Site Logistics.
