Job summary
Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group is seeking an experienced attorney to join their Houston office. The role includes drafting and negotiating complex contracts, assisting with claims, and providing legal guidance throughout project execution.

Qualifications
- 5 - 10 years of legal transactional/commercial experience, particularly in customer contracts.
- Minimum of 3 years negotiating contracts in the engineering or construction industry.
- Current license to practice law.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (EPC, Design-Build, CMAR, MSA).
- Assist groups with negotiation of contracts and purchase orders.
- Provide contract support during project execution.
