Job summary

Audubon Companies is seeking a Project Manager for our Canonsburg, PA office to lead the direction, coordination, and execution of complex projects, ensuring alignment with strategy, commitments, and goals.

You will manage work plans, resources, budgets, client communications, and risk while applying Audubon methodology. Oil & gas sector experience is preferred to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or associate training in related field with strong governance and project leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience as a Project Engineer or similar role.
• 10 years of field experience in Oil & Gas or Hydrocarbon Processing preferred.
• Ability to build effective project teams and maintain ownership and accountability.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Finance and Accounting to meet delivery expectations.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute project work plans and adjust to changing needs.
• Identify resources and assign responsibilities.
• Manage day-to-day project scope and operations.
• Review team deliverables before client hand-off.
• Enforce project standards and Audubon methodology.
• Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
• Manage project budget and invoicing; monitor receivables.
