Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience, 5+ years in energy performance contracting or MEP-intensive projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems, and general construction practices.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of performance contracting projects including scope development, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders, subcontractors, and clients.
• Manage budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
