Job summary

Raytheon in McKinney, Texas, seeks a full-time Principal Specialist, Field Service to repair turreted EO/IR sensor systems for USAF MTS customers. The role requires a strong technical background and the ability to coordinate across engineering, supply chain, and management teams.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's with 5+ years’ relevant experience or an advanced degree with 2+ years’ experience.
• Active, transferable U.S. government security clearance required; U.S. citizenship required for clearance eligibility.
• EO/IR maintenance experience with hardware/software/system administration.
• Experience coordinating with internal customers and senior external personnel on technical matters.
• Experience representing the organization as the primary technical contact for depot repair.

Responsibilities

• Represent Raytheon MTS assets during repair activity in McKinney, TX.
• Communicate with program management, IPT leads, operations, engineering, mission assurance, and supply chain.
• Report on partner/customer sentiments, system performance/availability, maintenance issues, repair status, and spares status.
• Work with PMs to meet performance metrics and schedules for USAF/GA programs.
• Provide hybrid IPTL support to USAF PMs and track financials on the IOT.
• Provide technical, logistics, and/or material support for multiple MTS products.
• Ensure inspection, maintenance, repair, and modification activities are recorded in the MIS.
