Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of the Water Storage Investment Program (WSIP) contracts to secure public ecosystem benefits.
• Coordinate with CDFW regional staff, stakeholders, project proponents and other agencies.
• Interpret biological and hydraulic model outputs and oversee contract negotiations; ensure regulatory and ecosystem targets are met.
