Job summary

Atlas Atlas is seeking an experienced Environmental Program Manager to lead environmental investigation and remediation projects in Georgia. This role involves managing project budgets, supervising personnel, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering or Geology, at least five years of experience, and a PE or PG license in Georgia. The position comes with comprehensive benefits, including health coverage and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of full-time environmental project management experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) license in Georgia required.
• Hands-on experience overseeing drilling activities and conducting soil, groundwater, and air sampling.
• Working knowledge of environmental regulations and frameworks related to UST and hazardous waste.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage environmental investigation, remediation, and O&M projects.
• Conduct and supervise soil, groundwater, and air sampling investigations.
• Prepare technical reports and proposals for site closure.
• Ensure compliance with applicable environmental regulations.
