Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Geology, Environmental Science, or related field preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 10 years of environmental consulting experience if no degree; 8 years with degree.
• Certifications: 40-Hour HAZWOPER.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations and site investigations/remedial actions.
• Understanding of due diligence and brownfield redevelopment processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Lead project teams and mentor junior members.
• Prepare technical proposals, cost estimates, and technical reports.
