AECOM is seeking a Senior Environmental Project Manager to lead complex environmental projects for Oil & Gas clients from planning through execution. You will provide strategic project leadership, manage risk, ensure financial performance, and foster long-term client relationships through high-quality outcomes.

The role requires strong project leadership, mentoring of project managers, and the ability to oversee multiple projects with a focus on profitability and client satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years' experience supporting oil & gas, refining, industrial, or energy-sector clients or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Successful candidate must pass client required drug screening and background check.
• A valid driver’s license is required, along with the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check in accordance with company policy.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver revenues assigned from specific clients as a result of repeat business caused by flawless execution of projects.
• Consistently deliver profit margins planned.
• Consistently complete project without write-downs or multiplier erosion.
• Typically manages projects involving RTF (Risk Triggering Factors).
• Manages more complex clients and projects.
• Directs staff to operate and minimize exposure to claims and directs Project Managers across multiple projects.
