ECS Group of Companies (ECS) is seeking an Environmental Senior Project Manager in Pensacola, FL to lead environmental consulting projects from proposal to closeout. You will provide technical leadership, client management, and financial oversight across multiple projects.

You will mentor staff, manage budgets and invoicing, and ensure safety and profitability while upholding ECS standards and core values.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Natural or Environmental Science, Geology, or related field.
• Must have the ability to obtain a local license through reciprocity within three months of hire date.

Responsabilités

• Leads and mentors junior staff and supports professional development across the team.
• Manages environmental consulting projects from proposal through project closeout.
• Serves as the primary client contact for assigned projects.
• Maintains and expands client relationships and business opportunities.
• Manages project budgets, profitability, invoicing, and collections.
• Reviews and approves project change orders and budgeting adjustments.
• Oversees staff assigned to projects and coordinates staffing and resource allocation.
• Directs project planning, staffing, and implementation activities.
• Oversees complex environmental investigations and reviews field reports.
