Qualifications

• Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Planning, Urban Planning, Environmental Science, Environmental Policy, or a closely related field.
• Preferred Education: Master’s degree in Environmental Planning, Urban Planning, Environmental Science, Environmental Policy, or a related field.
• Required Experience: 8+ years preparing CEQA and/or NEPA documents.
• 3+ years managing projects CEQA and/or NEPA documents.
• Proposal preparation and business development experience.
• Multidisciplinary project coordination and leadership experience.

Preferred Skills and Abilities:

• - Experience with NEPA and CEQA-Plus.


• - Familiarity with Caltrans requirements.


• - Permitting experience through USACE, CDFW, and RWQCB.


• - Experience in staff mentoring.


• - AICP certification.
