Job Description

The position will serve as a technical leader and trusted advisor, overseeing the planning, evaluation, and design review of complex wastewater treatment and collection system projects. In this role, you will collaborate closely with municipal and private-sector clients to understand project objectives, provide expert guidance, and ensure high‑quality, cost‑effective engineering solutions. This position is responsible for leading multidisciplinary project teams, mentoring junior engineers, and coordinating work across internal and external stakeholders. Key duties include reviewing engineering designs and technical reports, managing project schedules and deliverables, and facilitating clear, proactive communication with clients throughout all phases of project execution. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise in wastewater systems, proven leadership abilities, and the interpersonal skills needed to build lasting client relationships. HYBRID
